Closure of the helpdesk and PC rooms!
Dear Sir or Madam,
due to the current development of COVID-19 (school closure, cancellation of exams and courses) it was decided today by the head of ITW to close all PC rooms on campus managed by ITW with immediate effect.
The helpdesk is still open for technical questions and problems, but contact is possible primarily by email to email@example.com. Telephone support is limited; there will be no staffing on site for the time being.
We will keep you informed about changes via the ITW homepage.

The Helpdesk is the main contact point for IT questions for students and employees. The ITW helpdesk is also responsible for the coordination and the maintenance of the PC rooms.
The ITW Helpdesk has the following opening times:
