The Helpdesk is the main contact point for IT questions for students and employees. The ITW helpdesk is also responsible for the coordination and the maintenance of the PC rooms.

The ITW Helpdesk has the following opening times:

Monday to Thursday: 10:30 - 15:00 o'clock
Friday: 10:30 - 13:00 o'clock
